As payment for your stay is made on site, on arrival, the following policy applies to booking requests confirmed by the front desk. It may be adapted depending on the season, the length of stay, or a specific agreement with the guest.
Free cancellation: any cancellation communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date incurs no charge.
Late cancellation or no-show: in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, or no-show without notice on the scheduled day, the first night may be charged if a deposit was paid; if no deposit was paid, the booking is simply cancelled with no charge.
Date changes: any request to change stay dates is possible subject to availability, by contacting the front desk as early as possible.
