Purpose: these terms and conditions govern the short-term rental of furnished apartments offered by Résidence BASI (F2, F3 and F5 apartment types), booked via this site or directly with the front desk.
Booking process: any request made on the site (choice of dates, number of guests and apartment) constitutes a request, not a firm booking. It is reviewed by our team and then manually confirmed by the front desk, by email, phone or WhatsApp, subject to actual availability of the apartment.
Rates: rates shown on each apartment page are in West African CFA francs (FCFA) and are per night; they may vary depending on the season (high or low). The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of confirmation by the front desk.
Payment: payment is made on site, on arrival, in cash or by mobile money depending on what is available at the front desk. No online payment is requested on this site.
Check-in and check-out times: these are communicated when the booking is confirmed and recalled on the Contact page; they may occasionally be adjusted with the front desk's agreement.
Guest obligations: the guest agrees to respect the premises, the neighbourhood and the residence's house rules, not to exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the booked apartment, and to report any damage without delay.
Liability: Résidence BASI cannot be held liable for personal belongings left in the apartments or common areas, except in the case of proven fault on its part. Any damage caused by the guest or their companions may be charged to them.
